Park Farm Dairy
Park Farm is a multi generational family run farm, by the Neilson family, in East Kilbride, on the outskirts of Glasgow. Their double cream that is used to make our butter has a fat content of 48% which results in a rich, creamy butter. Their milk only travels 15 metres from farm to dairy; so retains its natural goodness without being handled or transported unnecessarily. And then another 10miles to reach us. It doesn’t get much fresher.
The family-farm adheres to sustainable farming practices, ensuring the welfare of animals and the environment. Park Farm cows are fed on 100% grass grown on-farm to ensure quality nutrition for high-quality milk and cream.

Blackthorn Salt
Blackthorn use centuries of tradition combined with the knowledge of today to create natural sustainable delightful salt crystals.
Blackthorns ways are patient, gentle and sustainable: Scottish West Coast sea water is slowly trickled through the country’s only graduation thorn tower whilst being evaporated by the exhilarating West Coast winds, leaving pure west coast sea salt.
100% west coast sea water and nothing else – no adding. no seeding. no bleaching. just pure scottish sea salt. when you taste it – you taste Scottish nature.

Glen Heather Honey
Driven by a personal quest to find a cure for chronic hay fever in 2012, Chris, Glenheathers founder developed a profound appreciation for diverse, premium, and artisan honeys from global sources like Scottish Heather, Manuka, and Chilean rainforests. This was the catalyst for Glen Heather Honey, starting with just two hives in rural East Kilbride near Glasgow in 2016. What began as a small venture rapidly escalated into an “addiction to bees and the art of beekeeping,” growing from two to over 100 hives. Today, Glen Heather Honey is a dedication to raising the strongest, healthiest, and happiest honey bees to produce the finest artisan honey, which is offered to Wee Knob for our butter raw, straight from the hives, in its purest, most natural form.
OUR CUSTOMERS SAY:
We started using Wee Knob of butter at the beginning of the 2025 season, and have had amazing service and outstanding products ever since. The feedback from our guests about the salted butter has been fantastic — they absolutely love it. We’re now looking forward to developing a branded butter in collaboration with the team at Wee Knob of Butter for the upcoming winter season.
